Located in San Diego County, Vacation Isle Park is a large grassy recreational park with light brown sand. This park has an unnamed beach with light brown sand. This beach is also known as Vacation Isle Park Beach. Vacation Isle Park is a part of a larger municipal aquatic park known as Mission Bay Park. A rocky barrier is present between the sand and water in the beach in Vacation Isle Park. Vacation Isle Park also has a pond that is primarily used for sailing and racing model yachts. It is important to note that Vacation Isle Park is divided into two parts - the eastern half of the park (known as Vacation Isle East) is situated towards the east of the model-yacht pond while the western half (known as Vacation Isle West) is situated towards the pond’s west.
