Located on the eastern side of the Crown Point peninsula, Crown Point Park is a popular recreational grassy park that has an unnamed beach with light brown sand. This beach is also known as Crown Point Park Beach, Crown Point Beach, and Crown Point Shores. Crown Point Park is a part of a larger municipal aquatic park named Mission Bay Park. Crown Point Park has lifeguards from the beginning of the local academic spring break to the month of October. It is important to note that lifeguard deployment around the beach is generally on weekends except during summers when lifeguards are deployed around the beach daily.
