Located in the community of Westport, Eddie White Beach - also known as Eddie White Beach at Westport Headlands - is a beautiful beach with grey sand and offshore rock formations. This beach is situated below an oceanfront blufftop nine-acre park known as Westport Headlands Park. A rocky arch is present near the southern part of the beach.

You can also catch many kinds of fish in the water near Eddie White Beach including cabezon, lingcod, and surfperch. The blufftop Westport Headlands Park above the beach has picnic areas, which offer an amazing oceanfront picnicking experience. In addition, this park also offers excellent Instagram-worthy views of the Pacific Ocean.

Getting to Eddie White Beach is easy - Westport Headlands Park is located near 37002 Omega Drive, where street parking is also available. A wooden stairway is present in this park which leads to Eddie White Beach. It is important to note that the beach and the park above it are open from sunrise to sunset.

There are many attractions near Eddie White Beach within a 25-minute drive. Pacific Star Winery offers interesting and memorable wine tasting sessions. In addition, the winery also offers Instagram-worthy views of the Mendocino County coastline and the Pacific Ocean. The winery is also a great spot to watch migrating grey whales usually between December and April. The Guest House Museum was built in the 19th century and currently serves as the headquarters of Fort Bragg - Mendocino Coast Historical Society. The museum has interesting exhibits on the history of the city of Fort Bragg and Mendocino County. If you are looking for another attraction near Eddie White Beach, Larry Spring Museum of Common Sense Physics is dedicated to the work of Larry Spring, who was a resident of the town of Fort Bragg who developed his own amateur understanding of scientific phenomena. Larry demonstrated his experiments using commonly available materials, and constructed many erratic and interesting apparatus, models, and inventions displaying a combination of outsider art and science.
