Located in the city of Albion, Albion Flat Beach is a wide beach situated at the west side of the Albion River Bridge on the Albion River. Also known as Albion River Beach, Albion Flat Beach is owned by the private Albion River Campground. Albion Flat Beach is a dog-friendly beach and well-equipped with amenities including restrooms, showers, playgrounds, barbecues, a boat ramp, and a café named The Flats Café. If you are looking for additional amenities, Albion River Campground and Schooner’s Landing Campground are situated at the east and west ends of the beach respectively – and both offer spaces for RVs and tent camping. Albion Flat Beach has several fun activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, canoeing, and paddle-boarding. Visitors can walk three-minutes to Albion River Campground that provides canoe and kayak rentals. Getting to Albion Flat Beach is easy – after you get off of Shoreline Highway, turn east onto Albion River North Side Road and follow it to the paid parking lot that provides easy access to the beach.
