Overview
Located in the northern part of the island of Ibiza, Calo de S’Oli is a rocky, curve-shaped 70-meter-long beach with some light brown sand and gravel. This beach is located near the town of Sant Antoni de Portmani. This beach should not be confused with another separate beach with a similar name – this beach is also called Calo de S’Oli which is located on the nearby island of Formentera. This beach should also not be confused with a nearby open-air auditorium with a similar name – this auditorium is called Calo de S'Oli Auditorium.
Amenities
Although Calo de S’Oli Ibiza does not have lifeguards, the area near this beach offers a few amenities including restrooms, showers, and rental facilities for boats, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, and watersports equipment – you can find many of these amenities around a neighboring beach named Cala de Bou.
Activities
Calo de S’Oli offers many fun activities including sunbathing, beachcombing, wildlife watching, fishing, tidepooling, swimming, snorkeling, parasailing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, scuba diving, boating, wildlife watching, kayaking, and canoeing.
This beach is ideal for beginner swimmers because it usually has gentle waves. In addition, parasailers and water-skiers also visit this beach in summers. Windsurfers and kitesurfers also occasionally visit here. This beach is also a great snorkel site. If you plan to swim, kayak, or snorkel here, we recommend being careful because the water here has unpredictable rip currents and dangerous waves. In addition, we recommend water shoes while engaging in water activities here because the rocky shoreline here can cause injuries. This beach is ideal for visitors looking for a quieter beach experience because it sees fewer visitors as compared to other nearby beaches.

Parking
Getting to Calo de S’Oli is easy – this beach is located at the northern end of a road named Carrer de Jaen. There are multiple free street parking spaces near this beach. This beach is easily accessible from Sant Antoni de Portmany through a local highway named PM-803.

Punta de Sa Pedrera is a rocky beach that offers many fun activities including sunbathing, beachcombing, swimming, snorkeling, and wildlife watching – in addition, this beach is also a great birdwatching site where you can see many birds here including thekla’s lark, peregrine falcon, and yellow-legged gull. Ses Coves Blanques Lighthouse is a lighthouse that was inaugurated in 1897 – the lighthouse’s premises currently also serve as a socio-cultural center that hosts many cultural events. In addition, the lighthouse also has an exhibition hall and a marine interpretation center. Slingshot Ibiza is a popular ride near the beach – this ride propels you high up in the sky at a very high rate of acceleration and offers a fun and thrilling experience. In addition, there are many other smaller rides near Slingshot Ibiza including trampolines and bumper cars. If you are looking for another attraction near the beach, Aquarium Cap Blanc is an aquarium that is located within a natural cave – this aquarium is home to many kinds of animals including fishes and octopuses. In addition, this aquarium is also home to injured turtles that are undergoing treatment.
