Overview

Located in the small town of Sant Antoni de Portmany on the island of Ibiza, Gracio Beach is a small, narrow, rocky, and beige-colored beach situated on the southwestern shore of the Spanish island of Ibiza.  Also known as Cala Gracio, Gracio Beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness.

Amenities

Gracio Beach is surrounded by cliffs and a pine forest, and offers many amenities including a lifeguard, campsite, restrooms, showers, boat rentals, and water sport equipment rentals.

Activities

There are many fun activities at Gracio Beach including swimming, scuba diving, boating, fishing, hiking, jet-skiing, camping, sunbathing, snorkeling, and beach walking.  If you are looking for additional activities, the beach also features catamaran excursions with glass-floored catamarans so that you can view the seabed.  Visitors can go on a six-hour long tour to Ibicenca Coast during which you can jump into the sea as well.  The beach also has a short trail that starts from its eastern end, meanders through the pine forest, and leads to a couple of rock arches offering great views of the sea.

Parking

Getting to Gracio Beach is very easy – the beach’s free parking lot that has 50 parking spaces is located at Ctra. de Cala Gració, 20, 07820 Sant Antoni de Portmany and provides easy access to the beach.

Attractions

If you are looking for attractions near Gracio Beach Beach, you can walk four minutes to Aquarium Cap Blanc which showcases unique exhibitions of fish, sea sponges, sea turtles, and lobsters in an underground cavern.  Bloop Festival is a modern art festival featuring artists, artworks, and spectators coloring the entire island of Ibiza with expositions, art installations, music concerts, and events.  If you like hiking, Punta Torre Rovira is an awesome hiking destination that is located at 07829 Sant Josep De Sa Talaia, provides beautiful views of the Balearic Sea, and has a vista point that is a great spot to click Instagram-worthy pictures.  Gran Piruleto Park Ibiza is an amusement park with slides, climbing nets, ball pits, trampolines, and go-karts.  Another great attraction near Gracio Beach Beach is Museu Puget, a 15th-century art mansion that is home to a late-Gothic courtyard and staircase and 130 paintings by the local father-and-son duo Narciso Puget Riquer and Narciso Puget Viñas focusing on capturing colors of life on the island.

If you get hungry, there are many restaurants within a three-minute drive of Gracio Beach.  La Farandula Ibiza is a Mediterranean beach club-restaurant that is located on Gracio Beach and features meat items, lamb burgers, sandwiches, French fries, and drinks it is well-known for its gelato, coffee, friendly staff, and affordable prices.  Gracio Beach Ibiza is a Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant with a homely decor, indoor as well as outdoor seating, amazing water views, and an extensive wine list.  Gracio Beach Ibiza serves monkfish, laing, octopus, cortado, fruitcakes, and ice cream.  Monkey is a Mediterranea restaurant with a nice menu including guacamole, salad fattouch, espagne, tiramisu, cocktails, and drinks and offers amazing water and mountain views.  Villa Manchega is another good restaurant that serves fritos, plancha, meat items, lamb chops, fish, and pouting in a shaded patio setting on a terrace with city views.  If you are looking for another good restaurant near Gracio Beach, Golden Buddha Ibiza has a nice menu including breakfast, cava, shrimp potato, desserts, juices, coffee, and cocktails.  The restaurant is popular for its salads, panna cotta, tiramisu cakes, sangria, and wine.
