Located in Hernando County, Linda Pedersen Park - also known as Linda Pedersen Preserve and previously known as Hernando Beach Park - is a 65-acre recreational park that has an unnamed white sand beach. This beach is also known as Linda Pedersen Park Beach. Linda Pedersen Park is situated along the shores of Jenkins Creek. The beach in Linda Pedersen Park is separated from the water by a fence. Linda Pedersen Park is named after a local environmental activist named Linda Pedersen, who was killed in an accident in 2000.

This park also has a beach and it is also an amazing fishing spot. In addition, you can also view manatees here. The park is present along the banks of the Weeki Wachee Springs and it has two water slides, a beach, and a naturally-formed lazy river.
