Located in the city of San Diego, Tourmaline Surfing Park Beach is a small and narrow beach that is a part of Tourmaline Surfing Park. Tourmaline Surfing Park is situated at the end of Tourmaline Street and is a perfect destination for picnicking. Also known as Tourmo, Tourmaline Surfing Park Beach is one of the best surfing beaches in San Diego and is a great place to surf, kiteboard, and windsurf any time of year. Tourmaline Surfing Park Beach welcomes dogs on a leash between 9 am and 6 pm from April to October and between 9 am to 4 pm from November to March. Tourmaline Surfing Park Beach offers many amenities including lifeguards, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, fire pits, and barbecues.
Amenities
If you are looking for additional amenities, the historic Crystal Pier is on the south side of the beach and offers incredible views of the North Pacific Ocean – and many shops and restaurants.
