Bermuda Beach offers many fun activities including beachcombing, sunbathing, and wildlife watching. The water near the beach is unsafe for recreational aquatic activities including surfing and swimming as the water here is known to have extremely dangerous currents. In addition, we recommend being careful while standing near the water in Bermuda Beach as sneaker waves can drag people offshore. Depending on the time of the year, you can see many kinds of animals in the water near this beach including seals, sea lions, and migrating whales. During low tide, you can also explore the interesting rock formations present around Bermuda Beach. The beach offers lovely Instagram-worthy views of the Pacific Ocean, especially during evenings.
Parking
Getting to Bermuda Beach is easy - the access stairs to the beach are located near the western end of Bermuda Avenue, where street parking spaces are also available. We recommend visiting this beach early as the street parking spaces near this beach fill up quickly. It is important to note that access to the beach from the blufftop area above can be slightly difficult as the bottom part of the Bermuda Beach access stairs are currently damaged.
