Located in the city of Oceanside, St. Malo Beach is a small, wide, and rocky beach situated in front of the private gated community called St. Malo Beach that has incredible homes with ancient French-styled architecture. St. Malo Beach’s gated entrance is situated at the intersection between Eaton Street and South Pacific Street – and is not accessible to the public. To access St. Malo Beach, you will need to walk 10 minutes south of South Oceanside Beach during low tides.

If you like hiking, Annie's Canyon Trail provides hiking areas great for both beginners and experienced hikers because of the natural climbing walls with single-pitch rock climbing routes. The kid-themed adventure Pirate Shores offers many rides, entertainment shows, and special events, including fireworks. Another great attraction near St. Malo Beach is the Museum of Making Music that highlights the music industry's history starting from 1990 through exhibitions, live performances, and educational programs.
