Located on the north side of the city of Crescent City, Lake Earl Wildlife Area Beach is situated on the shores of Lake Earl. Lake Earl Wildlife Area Beach is four-and-a-half miles long and is a part of the Lake Earl State Wildlife Area.

Another great attraction near Lake Earl Wildlife Area Beach is Del Norte County Historical Society, a museum with the finest collections of Native American basketry, weapons, farming and mining equipment, and photographs of the infamous Tsunami disaster of 1964.
