If you get hungry, there are many great restaurants near Casa Dorada Beach.  12 Tribes is a restaurant at the Casa Dorada Resort that offers an airy ambiance and it also offers excellent Mexican-inspired dishes.  Mango Deck Restaurant & Beach Club is a bar and restaurant with an upbeat ambience and a vivid tropical-inspired decor and it also offers many delicious Mexican and American-inspired dishes – it also offers live entertainment.  The Office on the Beach has a relaxed ambience, an excellent location that offers ocean views, and a tropical-inspired decor – it offers amazing dishes including soups, steak, deep fried seafood, tacos, and salads and it also offers live music performances.  La Lupita Taco & Mezcal is known for serving excellent tacos, along with a variety of other local Mexican and Latin American foods including ceviche, esquites, soup, and tostadas.  If you are looking for another good and affordable nearby restaurant, Taqueria Mi Zarape is known for serving delicious tacos al pastor, and it also offers a variety of other dishes including quesadillas, potato steaks, and grilled meats.

If you are looking for a hotel near Casa Dorada Beach, there are many great nearby hotels and resorts in Cabo San Lucas.  The  5-Star Casa Dorada Los Cabos, Resort & Spa is located near the beach and offers many amenities including multiple pools, an award winning Los Cabos resort spa, a gym, multiple restaurants and bars, and car rental facilities.  Another upscale and pet-friendly hotel is the 4-Star Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa that offers many amenities including multiple pools, a spa, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, watersports equipment rental facilities, and multiple restaurants.  The 4-Star Bahia Hotel & Beach House is another upscale hotel that offers many amenities including a restaurant, a beach club, a pool, a terrace, a coffee shop, and a bar.  A more affordable hotel is the 3-Star Club Cascadas de Baja that offers many amenities including a spa, multiple pools, a clubhouse, a hot tub, a salon, a mini market, car rental services, a gym, and multiple restaurants.  If you are looking for another good and affordable nearby hotel, the 3-Star Fairfield by Marriott Los Cabos offers many amenities including a pool, outdoor picnic tables, a gym, and complimentary breakfast.

Although Casa Dorada Beach does not offer lifeguards or any other public amenities, the Casa Dorada Resort offers sunbeds, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs for its guests.  In addition, hotel guests can also use the restrooms, sitting areas, and walking paths within the resort’s premises.

Casa Dorada Beach offers many fun activities including sunbathing, beachcombing, fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, skimboarding, volleyball, boogie boarding, bodysurfing, parasailing, boating, jet-skiing, surf-skiing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, canoeing, and wildlife watching.  If you plan to swim, surf, or jet-ski here, we recommend being careful because the deep water here is known to have unpredictable rip currents and dangerous waves.  In addition, jellyfish can also be found here during the summer, and these animals can inflict painful stings.

Casa Dorada Beach does not offer wheelchair access to visitors with disabilities.

Getting to Casa Dorada Beach is easy – this beach and the Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort are located at the southern end of Avenida del Pescador and there is a free parking lot near the beach.

This beach is easily accessible from Mexican Federal Highway 1 and Mexican Federal Highway 19 through Boulevard Lazaro Cardenas.   Please note that this is a privately managed beach and only the guests of the Casa Dorada Los Cabos, Resort & Spa are allowed here.

There are many attractions near Casa Dorada Beach.  Cabo San Lucas Marina  offers many interesting shopping stores, bars, and restaurants.  You can also book fun boat trips here and this marina also has a boardwalk – in addition, this marina also hosts many fun events including fishing tournaments and rock music performances.  If you like hiking, Pedregal is an upscale area within Cabo San Lucas that has many beautiful homes and high-end resorts – this area offers a fun hiking experience and it also offers amazing views of the Cabo San Lucas shoreline and the Sea of Cortez.  Plaza Puerto Paraiso is a shopping mall that offers many interesting shopping stores and restaurants, along with a casino, a bowling alley, a video game arcade, and a waterfall.  Sergio Bustamante Gallery – also called Galeria Sergio Bustamante – is an art gallery that displays artworks by prominent artist Sergio Bustamante – these beautiful artworks mainly include sculptures and jewelry.  If you are looking for another attraction near the beach, Plaza Amelia Wilkes is a town plaza that is named after a local teacher and community leader named Maria Amelia Wilkes Cesena – this plaza has a lively ambiance and it offers beautiful gazebo, gardens, and public artworks, along with great food options and shopping stores.  This plaza also hosts a fun weekly event named “Viva La Plaza!”
