Richard Seltzer Park(Silver Sands Beach)

Located in the town of Panama City Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico, Rick Seltzer Park is a waterfront park and an environmental education site with an unnamed white sand beach. 

Rick Seltzer Park has many amenities including lifeguards, restrooms, showers, comfort areas, picnic tables, and water fountains. Dogs are not allowed in the park.
