Jaycee Park

Located in the city of Fort Pierce, Jaycee Park has a small and narrow beach that is a part of Hutchinson Island in Florida. Jaycee Park is an awesome beachside park featuring a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, splash pad, and playgrounds. Jaycee Park is a popular destination for many water sports enthusiasts including swimmers, surfers, divers, snorkelers, and windsurfers.

Parks and features over 10,000 artifacts about the history of Stuart from the 1880s to the 1950s. The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast is a family-friendly tourist attraction that features creative hands-on displays about nature, health, history, and recycling. Another great attraction near Jaycee Park is Sailfish Splash Waterpark – it is an awesome amusement park featuring a lazy river, wave pool, zip line, tree top drop, white knuckle river, and many waterslides. 

If you get hungry, you can drive 15 minutes to many restaurants near Jaycee Park. The vegetarian-friendly restaurant King Neptune serves seafood options including surf ‘n’ turf, oysters, fish tacos, groupers, and shrimps. Namaste Grill is a stylish-contemporary restaurant that offers Indian and Nepalese meals, wine, and beer. Another good restaurant near Jaycee Park is Lures Riverfront Restaurant – it's a small local with an outside bar area and picnic tables, and has a good menu that includes Philly cheesesteaks, mahi-mahi sandwiches, and Florida-styled seafood.
