Located in the city of Flagler Beach, Flagler Beach is a very long and wide beach situated in front of the Matanzas River. Also known as Flagler, Flagler Beach has beautiful golden-beige-colored sand and is surrounded by many old fallen tree stumps where you will find many families and couples.

If you are looking for nearby attractions, there are many options within a seven-minute drive of Flagler Beach. Named after Gamble Rogers – a Florida folk singer, Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area is spread across 144 acres and features swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, hiking, bicycling, coastal camping, beachcombing, and watching loggerhead, green, and leatherback sea turtles. Flagler Beach Historical Museum is home to many collections of artifacts and images from World War II, local surfing legends, and severe weather events. The 18-hole waterside golf course Cypress Knoll Golf & Country Club hosts many events and offers a restaurant and bar. Another great attraction near Flagler Beach is Flagler Beach Municipal Pier, an 800-feet-long pier well-known for fishing and birdwatching.
