Located to the south of Oceanside Pier, Oceanside Pier View South Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the city of Oceanside. The beach is large and has light brown sand, and offers many amenities including lifeguards, picnic areas, barbecues, showers, restrooms, and vending machines. Oceanside Pier View South Beach is easily accessible - it’s located near 200 The Strand North. There is a paid parking lot for the beach located near the intersection of South Pacific Street and Seagaze Drive, and another paid parking lot located north of the Oceanside Pier adjacent to the beach. However, we recommend visiting early as these spots often fill up quickly.
