Amenities
Although Hotel Riu Santa Fe Cabo Beach has a lifeguard tower, please note that the lifeguard posting here might not be permanent. Although the beach does not offer any other public amenities, the Hotel Riu Santa Fe has a beach club here that offers many amenities to its guests including loaner facilities for beach chairs and beach umbrellas, and volleyball nets.

Hotel Riu Santa Fe Beach offers a lot of fun activities including sunbathing, beachcombing, fishing, volleyball, swimming, boating, paddleboarding, jet-skiing, surf-skiing, water-skiing, surfing, kayaking, canoeing, and wildlife watching.
If you are planning to swim, surf, or paddleboard here, we recommend being careful because the water here can have unpredictable rip currents and dangerous waves. In addition, jellyfish also live in the water here in summers and these animals can inflict a painful sting.

Getting to Hotel Riu Santa Fe Beach is easy – this beach and the Hotel Riu Santa Fe are easily accessible from Mexican Federal Highway 1 – also called Carretera Transpeninsular – through a road named Camino Viejo a San Jose.
There is a free parking lot here for the guests of Hotel Riu Santa Fe.
Please note that usually only guests of the Hotel Riu Santa Fe are allowed at the beach. You can check the Riu Santa Fe Hotel map for the hotel’s access to Hotel Riu Santa Fe Beach.
We recommend visiting this beach early during Spring Break (that occurs between late March and early April) because it can sometimes get crowded during this time.

The Glass Factory Cabo is a glass-making workshop that offers a unique insight into the creation of glass objects. This plaza also hosts a fun weekly event named “Viva La Plaza !” If you are looking for another attraction near the beach, The Statue of The Fisherman is a beautiful statue that depicts a local fisherman – this statue is a tribute to the city’s history as a fishing village and it offers excellent photos. In addition, there are many interesting shops near the statue.
