Egan's Creek Park is located on the banks of Egan's Creek River and features a pavilion with picnic tables, four shaded fitness areas, outdoor fitness equipment, a playground, a fishing pier, and restrooms. If you are looking for another attraction near Burney Park, Amelia Island Lighthouse dates back to the 18th century and is the oldest lighthouse in Florida. The lighthouse is exclusively open to the public on Saturdays when the grounds are available for three hours of viewing. Twice a month, the city conducts tours of the lighthouse.
