Pescadero State Beach - South Beach

Located in the city of Pescadero, Pescadero State Beach – South Beach is a beach with light-brown sand and small rocky coves and is part of a larger state-protected beach named Pescadero State Beach. A protected lagoon and wetlands are also present near the beach.

Pescadero State Beach – South Beach does not have lifeguards. However, it has a couple of amenities including restrooms and picnic tables.

Getting to the Pescadero State Beach – South Beach is easy – the beach is located along Pacific Coast Highway / Cabrillo Highway and is situated around two miles south of another state-protected beach named Pomponio State Beach. There is a paid parking lot at the intersection of Cabrillo Highway / Pacific Coast Highway and Pescadero Creek Road. The beach is accessible via stairs from this parking lot's northern end.
