Playa De Las Americas

Located in the town of Arona, Playa de las Americas is a long, wide, and rocky beach that is one of six beaches that are part of a holiday resort which is also named Playa de las Americas.  The holiday resort Playa de las Americas is situated on the island of Tenerife which is the largest of the seven Canary Islands of Spain.  Also known as Las Americas Beach, Playa de las Americas has a reef break and is backed by palm trees and a promenade that has many restaurants, nightclubs, and stores.
