Horsfall Beach Campground is located along the central Oregon Coast, about 2 miles north of North Bend, within the Siuslaw National Forest. The campground is situated near the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, providing access to vast sand dunes and scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. The campground features 34 sites, with some offering picnic tables and fire rings, and amenities like flush toilets and drinking water. However, there are no RV dump stations or hookups available. Reservations are required for all campsites, and the area is popular for OHV riding with nearby trails and open riding zones.
The surrounding area includes attractions like Coos Bay, known for its picturesque inlet and diverse wildlife, particularly sea birds. The Oregon Dunes Visitor Center is also nearby, providing information and insights into the local ecosystem and recreational opportunities.
