Beaver Creek Campground is nestled on the northwest shore of Priest Lake in the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, offering breathtaking views of the Selkirk Mountains. The campground is shaded by hemlock and cedar trees and sits at an elevation of 2,500 feet. It provides access to both the main Priest Lake and the smaller Upper Priest Lake via a narrow channel known as the Thorofare. The area is ideal for water activities like swimming, kayaking, and boating, as well as hiking and horseback riding on trails like the Navigation and Lakeshore Trails.
The campground operates from mid-May to late September and features 41 reservable campsites and one large group site. Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. The nearby town of Priest River offers additional services and attractions.
