Getting to Kamiloloa beach is easy - this beach is located just adjacent to Hotel Moloka’i, which in turn is located near 1300 Kamehameha V Highway (which is also called Hawai’i Route 450). This beach is located approximately one-and-a-half miles east of Kaunakakai. There are a few free street parking spaces near the beach.

There are many attractions near Kamiloloa Beach. Maunahui-Makakupaia Trail is a hiking and biking trail that offers an amazing way to explore the vibrant and rugged Molokai landscape and it passes through many kinds of habitats including grasslands and forests. The trail also has observation areas that offer an incredible view of the Molokai shoreline. Duke Maliu Regional Park is a 10-acre recreational park that offers many amenities including restrooms, baseball/softball fields, picnic areas, restrooms, telephones, and drinking water facilities. Kaunakakai Park (also called Kaunakakai Ball Park) is a recreational park that offers many amenities including baseball/softball fields, playgrounds, restrooms, and water. If you are looking for another attraction near Kamiloloa Beach, Molokai War Memorial (also called Molokai Veterans’ Memorial) is a somber memorial that has memorial cannons and a commemorative marble plaque resembling a tombstone - this memorial pays homage to Molokai residents who died during various American military operations in the 20th century including the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

Hiro’s Ohana Grill is a waterfront restaurant that offers excellent dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner including seafood, steaks, barbecued ribs, poultry dishes, pastas, salads, burgers, loco moco, and pancakes. The restaurant also offers live music performances. Paddlers Restaurant and Bar offers amazing burgers, fries, steaks, pork dishes, poultry dishes, pastas, sandwiches, and seafood. This restaurant also offers live music performances and dancing. Molokai Pizza Cafe serves delicious pizzas, along with pastas, barbecued ribs, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and chicken wings. If you are looking for another good and affordable restaurant near Kamiloloa Beach,Kanemitsu’s Bakery & Coffee Shop offers excellent dishes for breakfast and lunch including burgers, steaks, poultry dishes, sandwiches, noodles, loco moco, and hot cakes. However, this coffee shop/bakery is famous for its baked products, particularly its delicious “hot bread” - this bakery/coffee shop was also a semifinalist for the “Outstanding Baker” award given by the prestigious James Beard Foundation. Another modestly priced option is Molokai Burger which serves delicious burgers. In addition, it also serves excellent fried chicken, sandwiches, fries, chicken nuggets, salads, and lunch and dinner platters.

Pu'u O Hoku Ranch is a 50-minute drive away and offers accommodation in exquisite cottages and a lodge which were built in 1930s-inspired Hawaiian Ranch-style architecture. The ranch also has a farm and a beekeeping facility which offer organically prepared products including honey, ‘awa root, and a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables - in addition, the ranch also has many other amenities including hiking trails and a store and it also offers private plane and helicopter shuttle services to its own runway (for a fee).
