Located in the town of Santiago del Teide on the western part of the island of Tenerife, Alcala Beach is a small, narrow, and black sand beach that is located in front of a rocky cove. Also known as Playa de Alcala, Alcala Beach is close to the center of nightlife in Santiago del Teide which features many bars, nightclubs, restaurants, attractions, and beaches. Alcala Beach is located at the mouth of a river named Barranco de las Vueltas. Alcala Beach is a family-friendly beach because it has calm waters and children can swim here.
