Unajinosachi Observatory, also known as the "Sunset Observatory," is a popular viewpoint on the western cliffs of Zamami Island known for its breathtaking sunset vistas over the Kerama Islands.​  It is a perfect spot for watching the sunset and stargazing.  Aka Island is a neighboring island renowned for its pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and rich marine biodiversity.  Visitors can enjoy many fun activities, including swimming, snorkeling, diving, watching whales, cycling, and hiking.  If you are looking for another nearby attraction, Statue of Marilyn on Zamami Island commemorates a touching tale of canine devotion.  Marilyn, a local dog, became famous for her unwavering wait for her beloved Shiro, who lived on the neighboring Aka Island.  Shiro would swim approximately three kilometers across the sea to visit Marilyn, a testament to their strong bond.  This heartwarming story inspired the 1988 Japanese film I Want to Meet Marilyn.
