Naregno beach is located on the eastern side of Elba Island, near Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, Italy. It is a popular tourist destination known for its fine grain sand and small shingle composition, with a length of about 500 meters and a width of nearly 30 meters. The beach is embraced by lush vegetation including pine trees, holm oaks, and acacia trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Families often prefer Naregno due to its shallow waters, making it ideal for children. The beach offers breathtaking views stretching from Forte San Giacomo to Punta delle Cannelle. It is watched over by two historic Spanish fortresses, Forte Longone and Forte Focardo, adding to its scenic beauty.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as sailing, windsurfing, and scuba diving, thanks to the several sports schools nearby. The beachfront is lined with bars, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient spot for both relaxation and adventure.
While parking can be challenging, alternative transportation options like the Marebus service and a motorboat service to Porto Azzurro are available.
