Guvano Beach(Spiaggia di Guvano Vernazza)

Located in the charming village of Corniglia, Guvano Beach is a small yet picturesque beach that measures about 50 meters in length. The sand is a mix of light and dark colors and is perfect for sunbathing or taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Ligurian Sea.

The amenities at Guvano Beach include bathroom access and showers, but there are no lifeguards on duty, and dogs are not allowed.

Parking in Corniglia can be a bit tricky as there are no cars allowed in the town center. However, visitors can park their cars at the parking lot located outside the village and take the shuttle bus or walk to the town center. The parking lot is paid, and the fees are reasonable.

Corniglia is the only one of the five villages in Cinque Terre that is not directly adjacent to the sea but instead perched on top of a 100-meter-high cliff.

Guvano Beach is an excellent starting point for hiking enthusiasts as it is located at the beginning of the famous "Lardarina" staircase that leads up to Corniglia. The hike is quite steep and includes over 300 steps, but the views from the top are breathtaking.

There are several restaurants and cafes located near Guvano Beach, including the popular Bar Terza Terra, which serves coffee, cocktails, and light meals. Other restaurants in the vicinity include Trattoria da Billy, offering traditional Italian cuisine, and Caffe Matteo, which serves delicious gelato.
