Saraceni

Saraceni Beach is located in Ortona, Italy and stretches over a length of about 2 kilometers. The sand is fine and golden, and the water is clear and inviting.

The beach is also equipped with amenities such as lifeguards on duty, bathroom access, showers, and beach umbrellas and chairs. Dogs are allowed on the beach, but owners are expected to keep them on a leash and clean up after them.

There is free parking available near the beach, but it can get crowded during peak season, so it's best to arrive early.

Fun fact: Saraceni Beach is named after the Saracen pirates who used to raid the coast of Abruzzo in the past.

Apart from enjoying the beach, visitors can also explore the nearby Punta Ferruccio and the Caves of Stiffe, which are popular tourist attractions. There are also hiking trails in the area, including the Sentiero Italia, which offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.
