Aroa Beach also offers several amenities, including public restrooms and showers, as well as a restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, there are no lifeguards on duty and dogs are not allowed on the beach.

There is a parking lot available at Aroa Beach, which is free of charge. The lot is located just off the main road and is easily accessible. Visitors can park their vehicles and walk a short distance to the beach.

Fun fact: Aroa Beach is also known as "the underwater playground" due to the abundance of marine life present in its waters. Snorkelers and divers can observe a variety of tropical fish, sea turtles, and even moray eels in the reef that borders the beach.

Near Aroa Beach, visitors can explore the nearby Maire Nui Botanical Gardens or take a hike up to the Te Rua Manga, also known as "The Needle," which offers panoramic views of the island. The beach is also within a short driving distance of the popular Muri Beach area.
