Quarry Lake(Kinsmen)

Quarry Lake is a stunning alpine lake located in Canmore, Canada. The beach is about 350 meters long with beautiful white sand, and crystal-clear turquoise water.

Quarry Lake also has many amenities including public washrooms, picnic tables, and barbecue areas. Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty and dogs are not allowed on the beach.

Visitors can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake

There is a large parking lot at Quarry Lake that is free to use for visitors. The lot can get busy during peak season, so it's recommended to arrive early in the day.

Fun fact: Quarry Lake was created from a reclaimed gravel quarry and was developed by the town of Canmore into a recreational area for the community and visitors to enjoy.
