Located in the town of Isla Vista, El Embarcadero Beach Access is a mile long and two miles wide beach on the southwest side of Santa Barbara Airport. El Embarcadero Beach Access is a part of Pelican Park and is backed by a steep bluff with many houses. El Embarcadero Beach Access is situated next to the University of California, Santa Barbara – and is very popular with college students.
