Many natives of Wales agree that Dyffryn Beach is one of best in their country - its rolling sand dunes extend along its coastline creating a natural backdrop for the calm, family friendly beach. The soft sand is bright white and the water is a deep aqua blue that brightens as the waves curl over each other. Behind the dunes, visitors can gaze at the spectacular views of the Snowdonia mountains. Part of Dyffryn is also known as a nudist beach, and the clothing optional section of the beach is clearly marked with signs. Aside from its naturist section and lack of a lifeguard, Dyffryn is a great beach for a family day out.
