Murkle Bay(Machair, Murkle Beach)

Located in the north coast of Scotland, Murkle Bay is a beautiful beach with stunning views. The beach is about 1.5 miles long and the sand is a mix of golden and white.

The beach offers toilets, but there are no lifeguards or any other amenities, so visitors should plan accordingly. Dogs are allowed on the beach.

Visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, and relaxing on the beach.

There is a small car park available near the beach, and it is free to use. However, spaces are limited, so visitors may need to arrive early to secure a spot.

Fun fact: The bay was named after a Viking called Murchadh, who was said to have landed here.
