Jebel Ali Open Beach is the beach of choice for water sports enthusiasts who are looking for ideal wind and weather conditions. The beach is frequented by locals who can bring their own water sport equipment, since there are no spots to rent equipment on the beach. Although it is not as large or busy as others beaches in Dubai, it is a favorite for locals who want to spend the day with their friends or family away fro the hustle of the city. While there are official country laws that prohibit dogs in public spaces, this beach is very tolerable of them, garnering it the nickname Dog Beach Jebel Ali.
