Punta Canyerets, often referred to as Canyerets Beach, is located near Santa Cristina d'Aro in Catalonia, Spain. It is the only sandy cove on the west coast of the town, offering a serene escape with its narrow and long stretch of coarse sand. The beach is nestled in the picturesque Ardenya massif natural area, surrounded by pine and holm oak trees, providing a tranquil ambiance. The water is deep and clean, with no rocks or reefs, making it ideal for swimming.
The area is not very crowded, providing a peaceful retreat from more bustling tourist spots. Access to the beach involves parking in the Rosamar residential area, which charges a fee during summer for non-residents. However, residents of nearby municipalities can access it for free with proper identification.
The beach is about 180 meters long and features crystal-clear waters, making it a gem of local natural beauty.
