Playa de Maspalomas is a very unique beach with a lot to offer. To the south-west, there is the El Faro de Maspalomas lighthouse, and to the south-east there are the dunes of Maspalomas (also a nature reserve area). To the west of the dunes, there is La Charca Lake for those who wish to relax. Also known as a gathering spot for LGBTQ+ people, a rainbow flag is always raised to support Canarian Pride. In the far west, the beach has a section for those who enjoy going nude. There are also waterspots available, as well as catamaran tours. A famous shopping center called "Jumbo" also is open to those who want to take a look. The bus network is also very extensive in this area, so traveling by bus to Playa de Maspalomas is not difficult at all.
