Overview
Located on the coast of Portugal, on the Iberian Peninsula, in the municipality of Albufeira, Praia da Balbina - also known as Balbina Beach - is a 360-meter-long beige sand beach with many rocky portions. The beach is mainly divided into three areas by small rocky cliffs. The main sand is located in the middle section, and one has to cross some rocks to access other parts of the beach. It has a beautiful backdrop of forested mountains, coastal vegetation, and rocky outcrops, which together provide Instagram-worthy views of the vast North Atlantic Ocean.
