Amapas Beach

Amapas Beach is a picturesque, secluded beach located in the south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It is approximately 500 meters long and has fine golden sand.

There is limited parking available near Amapas Beach, and it is recommended to arrive early to secure a spot. The parking lot is paid.

Fun fact: Amapas Beach is located near the popular Los Muertos Beach, but it is much quieter and less crowded. The beach is accessible only by foot, as there is no road access.

Nearby attractions include the scenic Conchas Chinas Beach, which is a short walk away, and the Los Muertos Pier, which offers great views of the bay. There are also several hiking trails nearby, including the popular El Eden and Boca de Tomatlan trails.

There are several restaurants located near Amapas Beach, including El Set, a seafood restaurant, and Daiquiri Dick's, which offers international cuisine. There is also a small beachside bar, known as the Green Chairs Bar, where visitors can enjoy cocktails and light snacks while taking in the stunning views of the ocean.
