Best Dog Beaches in Goleta

Located between Refugio State Beach and Gaviota State Park, Arroyo Hondo Beach is a small and narrow rock-and-sand beach with some pebbly portions. The beach is situated below oceanfront bluffs at the mouth of Arroyo Hondo Creek. A wooden train trestle and a historic arched concrete bridge (which is now closed to vehicular traffic) also pass above this beach. The beach has some incredible linear vertical rock formations along its shoreline. 

Located to the west of Santa Barbara, Arroyo Quemada Beach - also known as Arroyo Quemado Creek Beach - is a narrow and remote rock and sand beach with incredible rock formations. The beach is situated below a blufftop residential area named Arroyo Quemada, and the Arroyo Quemado Creek flows into the ocean through the beach. The northern part of the beach is wider than the southern part, and a concrete wall is present behind a portion of the beach.
