Plage du Levant is a family-friendly beach that offers many fun activities, including sunbathing, beachcombing, volleyball, kite surfing, swimming, sailing, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing, and picnicking.  If you are planning to go in the water near the beach, there is a safe swimming area, and the waves are usually calm.  The water near the beach is shallow, which is ideal for kayaks, canoes, and small boats.  If you enjoy surfing, it is a great place to go due to its frequently windy weather.  It is important to note that the beach is one of the busiest during the summer season, so we recommend arriving early.  Dogs are not allowed on the beach, and the beach is open from sunrise until sunset.

Parking is available near Plage Du Levant, with several paid parking lots located within walking distance of the beach.

Fun fact: Plage Du Levant is known for being one of the few naturist beaches in the region.

In addition to the beach itself, there are many nearby attractions worth exploring. The town of La Grande-Motte has many restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. There are also several hiking trails and nature reserves nearby, like the Camargue Regional Nature Park, which is known for its diverse wildlife and stunning natural beauty.
