Anse Noire

Anse Noire is a small, secluded beach located in Les Anses-d'Arlet, France. It is approximately 100 meters in length with black sand, hence the name "Anse Noire" which translates to "Black Cove".

There are no lifeguards on duty and no amenities, so visitors should plan accordingly

The beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and visitors can also enjoy sunbathing and relaxing under the shade of the trees.

There is a small parking lot near the beach, but parking can be limited. It is free to park, but visitors may need to arrive early to secure a spot.

Fun fact: Anse Noire is one of two black sand beaches in Les Anses-d'Arlet, the other being Anse Dufour.

There are no tourist attractions or hiking trails near Anse Noire, but visitors can take a short boat ride to nearby Anse Dufour for more beach options and snorkeling opportunities.

There are a few nearby restaurants, including La Paillote, which serves traditional French and Caribbean cuisine, and Chez Miton, which is known for its seafood dishes.

There are no hotels directly on the beach, but there are several options within a short driving distance. Hotel Bambou is a popular choice for its beachfront location and Caribbean-style rooms. Hotel Le Cap Est Lagoon Resort & Spa is a luxury option with a private beach and spa services.
