There are a few restaurants located within a short driving distance of Blue Beach, including The Noodle Guy which offers Asian cuisine and The Port Pub and Bistro which serves up pub fare and seafood dishes.

As for accommodations, The Old Orchard Inn Resort and Spa is located within a 15-minute drive from Blue Beach and offers comfortable rooms, a restaurant, and a spa. The Tattingstone Inn is another nearby option and offers cozy rooms, a restaurant, and beautiful gardens to explore.

There are no lifeguards on duty and dogs are allowed on a leash. Amenities include washrooms and picnic tables, but visitors should bring their own food and drinks as there are no food vendors or shops nearby.

There is a parking lot available at Blue Beach which is free of charge. However, the lot can fill up quickly during peak season, so it is recommended to arrive early or carpool if possible.

Fun fact: Blue Beach is known for its abundance of fossils, with over 300 million-year-old fossils of plants, fish, and invertebrates found in the cliffs and rocks on the beach.

In addition to fossil hunting, visitors can also enjoy hiking on nearby trails or visiting local attractions such as the Grand-Pré National Historic Site and the Blomidon Lookoff.
