Quarta Praia

It is important to note that visitors can access Tinhare Island by a direct catamaran, a semi-terrestrial route, or a charter flight.  If you are traveling from Salvador, you can book a direct catamaran that departs from the Maritime Terminal in Salvador to Morro de São Paulo and takes around two hours.

You can also take a combination of a ferry to Itaparica Island, a bus to Valenca, and then a boat to Morro de Sao Paulo, which takes around five hours. 

Alternatively, you can book a small charter flight, which is available from Salvador to the airstrip in Morro de São Paulo (SDGX) and takes about 25 minutes.
