Secret Harbour Beach is located in the southern suburb of Secret Harbour, Western Australia. This beautiful beach offers a wide stretch of white sand and crystal-clear blue water, making it ideal for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. The beach is particularly popular among surfers due to its consistent waves, and it hosts life-saving club competitions. The area is windy, which can be refreshing on hot days, but the waves can be choppy, making them less suitable for small children.
The beach is approximately 2.5 kilometers long and is backed by sand dunes within a coastal reserve area. It features a lively atmosphere with various activities, including morning walks and dog-walking. The beach is patrolled by lifesavers on weekends and public holidays from October to March.
Secret Harbour is part of the City of Rockingham and is known for its well-developed infrastructure, including nearby restaurants and shopping centers, contributing to its appeal to both locals and visitors.
