The Neck Lookout is a stunning part of Bruny Island, Tasmania, connecting the north and south parts of the island. It offers panoramic 360-degree views, showcasing the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and the ocean on both sides of the neck.
Visitors can climb up a long set of stairs (around 200-279 steps) to reach the top, where a monument to Truganini, an important Aboriginal figure, is located.
The area is also home to wildlife such as penguins and shearwaters, especially visible during warmer months.
